DESCRIPTION:Gentlemen\, \nWe are going to kick off the new year  with a Team Designed Workout Challenge. Come ignite your new year with a focus on your physical health\, build community with other men and be encouraged in learning more about the God that created you and is calling you closer to him. \nThere is a link between your physical activity and your emotional stability. People who are more active experience less anxiety. Give your body an opportunity to work out some of the stress\, be on a team\, compete and have some fun. Food will be provided after the challenge and we will have time for a focused\, meaningful conversation that will help you navigate this life in a more purposeful  way. \nMen who have son’s at least 7 years old are encouraged to bring them. \nThis competition is limited to 40 participants.
